This Japanese robatayaki restaurant is the new venture of Gilbert Yeung, owner of Hong Kong's most successful nightclub Dragon-i. Busy Suzie is the first robatayaki restaurant of its kind in Hong Kong, marrying traditional elements of robatayaki culture with modern and chic interiors. Located in the 1881 Heritage site, Busy Suzie has fast become one of Hong Kong's top restaurants and is renowned for the quality of its food.
